Our web design process in 5 simple steps:

1. 01 Create a website plan

   A good start to any website project is to draw up a plan of what you would like the website to achieve and its purpose. Will the site be informative, functional or both? It's your choice.

2. 02 Complete the creative brief

   Fill out our briefing form online or talk with us over the phone. For a functional site it may be necessary for you to come and meet with us to discuss the possibilities. We will then create a custom quote based on your needs. If you are happy to go ahead with the quote, we will create a sitemap and functional specification document outlining how the site will work.

3. 03 We design the concept

   Based on the functional specifications and your company branding, we will begin the creative process and develop a concept for your website. We will then submit this concept to you for review. After receiving the concept you may wish to change certain elements such as layout or design. Each time you request these changes, it is called a ‘Revision’ and you have 3 free revision periods allocated to you. We revise the concept accordingly and resend it to you. This process continues until you are satisfied with the design.

4. 04 We build the website

   After getting approval for the design concept, this will be used as a base to create the website pages. We will then give you a website address where you can review the site before it is launched. You have 3 free revision periods for this process to request any necessary content changes. This process continues until you are satisfied with the website.

   If the site requires any additonal functionality, this will be completed according to the functional specifications and will then be submitted to you for testing.

5. 05 We launch the website

   After you have approved the finished website, we will launch it for you
